In the app
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account, then enter your password to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Without the app
Email info@indosmartmedia.com from your account address with the subject "Delete account". We process it within 7 business days.
What is removed
Your profile, photos, likes, matches, messages, PasanganVA conversations, and verification images are permanently removed. Transaction records are kept, detached from your account, for financial obligations.
