Pasangan is an adults-only dating app operated by PT Indo Smart Media. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
What is prohibited
- Creating, sharing, requesting, or possessing sexual material involving children, including drawn or AI-generated imagery.
- Approaching, persuading, or manipulating a child for sexual purposes (grooming), inside or outside the app.
- Sexualizing children, or offering or seeking access to children.
- Users under 18, or pretending to be an adult to use the service.
How we prevent it
- A date of birth is required at sign-up, and anyone under 18 is refused.
- Every account must pass WhatsApp verification and a face liveness check before seeing or greeting anyone.
- A face that looks too young is held for human review, never approved automatically.
- Profile photos must match the account owner's face. Photo metadata is removed on upload.
How to report
- In the app: open the person's profile or chat, choose Report, then the reason Underage. You can also block them.
- Outside the app, including if you have no account: email info@indosmartmedia.com.
How we respond
- Every report enters our team's review queue, and child safety reports come first.
- Violating accounts are suspended or deleted, and the content is taken down.
- CSAM we find or are told about is reported to the authorities in Indonesia.
Legal compliance
We comply with Indonesian child protection law, including the Child Protection Law, the Pornography Law, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law.
